FAQ
Q1. What kind of risk factors are semiconductor equipment packaged to protect against?
We use vacuum packaging, desiccant, and cushioning materials to prevent moisture, shock, vibration, and static electricity.
Q2. Where do I pack my equipment?
Normally, work is done in the customer's packaging-only space (Clean Room), but in special cases, work is done in a warehouse near the shipping port.
Q3. Why are there differences in packaging costs between companies?
There are several reasons, but the biggest one is the cost of materials, which increases the risk of cargo damage when using defective wood or substandard materials to lower the packaging cost.

Ongoing Support Plan
All operations are documented with photographs and video, from pre-packaging conditions to packaging methods, on-site working conditions, and equipment removal and loading. A reporting system has been established to enable traceability of the cause of damage.
This system continuously improves accuracy and reliability when responding to similar incidents in the future.
All About Our Story

Semiconductor equipment export packaging
Sensitive equipment like semiconductor equipment requires professional and systematic management, not just simple operation. We provide professional management services that ensure stability and efficiency.

Background
Due to the nature of the equipment, it is often shipped with heavy, sensitive components exposed to the elements. Therefore, its performance can be affected not only by mechanical shock but also by moisture and temperature fluctuations.
Consequently, customized packaging design, packaging material selection, shock protection, and moisture-proofing measures are required.

Check Every Stage of the Process with Photos.
The process proceeds as follows: equipment specifications and sensitivity analysis → packaging design and material preparation → customized packaging, including vacuum packaging, desiccant, and shock sensor attachment → equipment loading and fixing → pre-shipment inspection → export customs clearance and document submission → sea or air transportation → delivery to destination and installation.

Challenge Faced
Semiconductor equipment is an expensive, precision instrument, highly sensitive to external shocks, moisture, and vibration. Even the slightest vibration or moisture ingress during packaging and transportation can cause equipment damage or malfunction. Therefore, it is classified as a high-risk operation and requires special care.

Solution
Depending on the equipment's specifications and sensitivity, we designed special packaging methods, including vacuum packaging, inserting desiccant, attaching vibration sensors, and applying internal cushioning. Pre-processing inspections were performed, and damage was monitored at every stage from packaging to shipment, enhancing work quality and reliability.
