FAQ
Q1. How long does it take to dismantle the equipment?
It usually takes several days to several weeks, depending on the size of the facility, the distance to be relocated, and the site conditions.
Q2. What preparations are made before work?
We visit the site in advance and establish the necessary equipment, personnel, and work plan through sufficient consultation with the customer.
Q3. Is it possible to store dismantled equipment?
Depending on the characteristics of the equipment, such as a constant temperature and humidity warehouse or a general warehouse, short-term or long-term storage is possible.

Ongoing Support Plan
After the dismantling process was completed, each piece of equipment was inspected and any abnormalities were reported to the responsible department, along with a history log.
Based on on-site feedback collected during the process, we are refining our internal dismantling manual and developing a standardized process that can be applied to similar dismantling and relocation projects in the future.
All About Our Story

equipment dismantling and relocation
Tackling for safety accidents during facility dismantling and relocation work

Background
Equipment dismantling is not simply a physical separation; it's a high-risk task that requires comprehensive consideration of equipment structure, wiring configuration, center of gravity, and movement paths.
Equipment removal itself can be complicated by structural constraints at the dismantling site and on-site work routes, requiring prior risk analysis and work scenario planning.

Check Every Stage of the Process with Photos.
It is carried out in the following steps: confirmation of the specifications of the equipment to be dismantled and the site structure → establishment of a plan for the work personnel and equipment → dismantling work → packaging and safety measures → removal and loading from the site → export customs clearance and shipment → transportation and reinstallation or storage at the overseas destination → result reporting and service linkage.

Challenge Faced
Dismantling and relocating large-scale equipment goes beyond simply disassembling and moving it. It's a sensitive process that requires preparation for a variety of variables, depending on the site conditions and equipment condition.
During dismantling, unexpected factors like shock, dropping, and exposure to moisture increase the risk of damage to the equipment itself and its key components. For this reason, meticulous planning and on-site control are essential before the work begins.

Solution
For this project, our team visited the site prior to commencement to thoroughly assess key risks. We then systematically mapped out equipment movement routes, size and weight requirements, workforce composition, and step-by-step workflows.
Based on this information, we deployed the most optimal personnel and equipment for the site, ensuring a smooth and safe relocation of the equipment within the scheduled timeframe.
